Dickies fit better than Carhart. I was worried that they didn't fit as expected, I went with a tall medium and when I tried it on it seemed longer and bigger so I washed them in hot water and also dried them hot, which is what I planned on doing anyway to get them clean and they fit perfect.

Very nice, very warm! My husband was in 65 mph winds roofing and said the bibs were a god send.
