Picked up the rothco tactical after trying several other hats, all of which were so big they pushed down on my ears when fully pulled down (even fitted hats).  The rothco tactical provides a nice skull cap feel and the lack of a peak nubbin is a bonus since it means I can wear headsets over long periods without discomfort.  Hope the material holds up.  The clasp is non-velcro (webbing belt) so it wont catch everything in the laundry.
