I spoke with Ja-La who was very helpful.  I had previously ordered a size Large jacket on March 7, 2017. When I received the jacket on March 10 and tried it on, I discovered that I needed a size Medium instead. I placed an order with Ja-la for the size Medium, and she said it would be shipped on Monday, March 13. I told her I would return the size Large that same day (March 10), and she said that my credit card would be credited when the size Large has been received.  Ja-La was very courteous and helpful. Please thank her again for me, and have a great day!
