"Ok, this is a long-term follow-up from my previous review. I've had these boots for quite some time now, and I like them more than ever. As I mentioned in my other review, these boots were really comfortable when I *first* got them. However, at the time I wrote that they were not fully broken-in. Now, they *are*. And my god, they are most comfortble footwear I've ever owned. They almost feel like I am sticking my foot in a pillow or something. They are much more comfortable than my running shoes, my skateboard shoes, or my dress shoes. Durability wise they have also been great, without any issues at all. The only slight drawback is that they have old-school (i.e. WWII) tread. This, in deep snow or mud, then can have slightlly less traction than modern-style boots, but I have not found that to be a substantive issue. In short, these boots are really, really, really amazing. I would by them again in *second,* and recommend them to anyone."

"Bottom line, these boots are great.
I needed a new pair of boots, so I headed to the local army navy store. These caught my eye because of the classic WWII style. The cost was a bite more than I had first wanted to pay, but like a week later I was glad I did. They are very comfortable, rugged, easy to shire, and as mentioned above have a really great retro/WWII style. I would buy these again without hesitation, and would strongly recommend them anyone else looking for high quality boots. Also, don't just take my word for it. Look around other sites and you will see these boots get nothing but very high reviews."
