ArmyNavyUSA.com strives to process your order as quickly as possible. In our effort to prevent delays, the period of time available to cancel an order is short. You may cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not entered the shipping process. We would like to offer this service FREE of charge, unfortunately, that is possible only in a limited number of cases. These are the possible scenarios:
- If you cancel your before it has been shipped and before the payment has been processed by your credit card company, there will be no charge whatsoever.
- If you cancel an order after the payment has been processed by your credit card company, you will be charged a 5% fee to cover our expenses.
- If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
- We will handle all order cancellations on a case by case basis.
- Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed a 5% credit card processing charge as well as all shipping expenses.
