"You get what you pay for; these boots are really, really, inexpensive (i.e. cheap). Don't expect longevity, or even a decent sole. I've had a pair of these for about 2 months so far. After about 3 - 4 hiking trips of about 3 hours each, there is SIGNIFICANT wear in the sole. It also feels like the sole is going to puncture every time I step on a rock. These boots arn't all that good for a long-ass hike, game, etc. However, if you need something quick and inexpensive, these can't be beat."

"Very light weight and well ventilated. Good traction, Panama sole sheds mud/dirt. For the price, these are fairly durable. My pair lasted ~8 months of moderate heavy wear before the sole detached. These are budget boots, and do lack ankle/arch support and cushioning, but get the job done."
