I was scheduled to go on an Honor Flight to Washington D.C. on Wednesday Aug 9 , honoring both WW2 and Korean veterans and I needed a Korean Veterans Hat. I called late on Thursday and told your associate that I needed the hat that I had seen on your web site by Wed. He said he could get to me in Indiana by Wed. Just prior to completing the sale I mentioned I was please that I could get by Tuesday . He said he had heard me say Wed, and I told I did but that was the morning I was leaving ( 4:00 AM ). H e asked me to wait and then came back and said he would get it to me by Tuesday. It came Monday !!! That to me is service with a capital S. I'm sorry I did not get his name, however if you know who it is please give him my sincere thanks.
