These are the most comfortable safety toe boots I've had in many years.  It was an unusual order - had to split cost between 2 cards - customer service handled it well; boots arrived well before expected. Overall great boots from a great supplier.

I ordered my Belleville boots through your website, because you have the best prices around. I have worn Belleville boots for over 20 years, since I was issued my first pair in the Marines. I cannot say enough about their quality product. But when my order arrived, there was a slight problem... the boots were two different sizes. This is where your "Excellent Customer Service" comes in. I contacted your toll-free number on a Saturday, and spoke to Ron. He apologized several times for the mistake, even though I knew it was no fault of yours. He contacted the company, and got back to me a few days later with my return number. The next day, Fed-Ex picked up the boots, returned them, and delivered a replacement pair by weeks end. I totally understand that mistakes happen, and the customer service you offer went above and beyond to ensure I will be a returning customer for a long time.
