At first the representative told me they could not accept the ID holder because I opened the plastic bag it came in. I asked him how could I try it on to see if it would work for me (it was just too big ) without opening the bag and wearing it around my neck. He told me to wait while he asked a supervisor. When he returned he said to send it back. Although it cost me an extra $4.00 to return it, I felt they could have paid return shipping, they did apply the initial purchase to my account.
