Baton stuck

After I put it togerher it expanded but wouldn't go back in. After pounding it in a concrete surface foe a couple of minutes it when back in. I took it apart and put it back together again but got it stuck so I can't take it apart any more or close it. A waste of $45.

Decent Short Baton

This16 inch metal baton is like the undercover size. Shorter than a full size which is about 5 inches longer. Decent tho.

Good Product

It works well and has solid construction. I did have to call customer service and inquire as to how to retract it. They were polite and professional. Very happy with the product.
