If you're not in a hurry the products are great. But if you have a problem and need to contact customer service- Forget it! They never answer the phone and will not return e-mails until you get frustrated and send them a very worded e-mail. Too bad because they have a lot of the items that I need, but, I won't use them again unless I just don't care when it shows up. Still waiting on the second part of my order.
