With the rugged design of a combat boot and the lightweight feel of a running shoe, Rothco Military Jungle Boots provide unparalleled tread, flexibility, and comfort while you perform combat training, rucking, playing a competitive game of paintball, and many other outdoor activities. The military jungle boots upper section is made of breathable and flexible canvas / nylon material and a black action leather vamp toe and heel, providing you with a wide range of motion while traveling on uneven surfaces. With an overall height of 8 inch, the military jungle boot gives you high ankle support when securely tied with the 9 eyelet lacing system. Each military boot comes with a thick vulcanized rubber cleated Panama outsole for enhanced traction while you are on the move. Constructed with a steel shank in-between the insole and outsole, the Panama sole boot reduces strain on your heels and calves so you can withstand long days on your feet. Whether from perspiration or traveling through wet environments, the soldier boots include dual vent holes to keep your feet cool and dry. Good all around boots

I bought these for my wife. She wears them when we go out on the motorcycle. She says they are very comfortable.

Too Big!

I am returning item. I appreciate the suggestion to order a size down as the boot run big which I did. My son wears a size 5 (just had him measured and bought shoes) so I purchased a size 4. They were HUGE on him so I had to return them.

We haven't had the chance to put these to the test yet, but they were delivered quickly and as described. Thanks to the website for suggesting we order two sizes down for girls, we got the right size. The only issue we have with the boots is their strong chemical odor, which we hope will go away eventually.
