The Rothco Covert Ops Lightweight Soft Shell Jacket 52620 in Midnight Navy Blue is made from 100% polyester soft shell material. Rothco describes its weatherproof soft shell fabric system as deflecting wind, retaining heat and releasing moisture. The lightweight, non-bulky jacket can be layered with a base layer and another jacket.
