Rothco’s Work Brown Special Ops Soft Shell Jacket combines a waterproof 3-layer polyester shell with a 100% fleece liner for cold-weather protection. The shell deflects wind, releases moisture, and retains body heat. Wear it as an outer layer in wet, windy conditions; the fleece lining adds warmth for winter use.
