Bought jacket for my husband perfect fit I am very happy with it

Shipping time in unacceptable!

The jacket is perfect, but the shipping time is not acceptable! It took 3 weeks to receive my jacket and mind you I paid $9.99 for shipping. It seems the vendor doesn’t have the jackets in stock and orders them from the manufacturer and when they receive the jacket then they ship! Not good!
