EEI M8602 Marine Corp Rifle 2nd Award Re-Qualification Bar. TUnited States Marine Corps (USMC) requal bar rifle 2nd award.Awarded to Marines who have qualified as an Expert the previous year and who then subsequently re-qualify as an Expert on a re-qualification detail. The Expert qualifications do not have to be earned in back-to-back years. Marines who successfully re-qualify Expert earn a re-qualification bar to be attached to either the Rifle Expert or the Pistol Expert Badge.
