Its Goodyear welt construction enhances long term durability and allows for resoling when needed.The boot is equipped with the guaranteed Georgia Waterproof System to help keep feet dry in wet conditions, while the moisture wicking inner lining improves breathability and all day comfort. A removable AMP memory foam insole delivers customized cushioning and support for long hours on the job.Built for demanding work environments, the polyurethane wedge outsole is oil and slip resistant and provides excellent stability on hard surfaces such as concrete floors. A steel shank adds extra arch support, strength, and durability. The flat wedge sole design helps reduce foot fatigue and improves comfort during extended wear.
