Poncho hood seam was already pulled apart half way from the poncho upon removal from package. It didn't come apart... it was already apart. Made in China, what'dya expect? Hadn't opened the second one, yet, but no high hopes. It's a really cheap material. Should have gone with pvc at 3.5 times the price.
