2 of 5 Still Have Not Solved My Issue December 19, 2025

First time I have ordered with you guys.  I have ordered the Original SWAT boot before, and there have been some changes, but I like the feel of the boot.  Unfortunately, in about a week, one of the boot eyelets broke, and within another week or so, another one has since broken.  I reached out to customer service, sent pictures, and was told they would be discussing this with the manufacturer.  That was over 10 days ago. I have heard nothing, and I am still using boots with the broken eyelets. While you may need to discuss this with the manufacturer, I did not buy these from them; I bought them from you, and I had truly hoped you would have dealt with this already.  So for that reason, I cannot, at this time, give you a better rating than I have.
