Propper Poly Cotton Ripstop Zipper Fly BDU Pants - F520538450. Up until the middle of the 2000s, the U.S. Armed Forces wore the Battle Dress Uniform in combat. Although it is no longer used in combat, the timeless design served as the model for the majority of tactical apparel. These poly/cotton BDU trousers are made by Propper in accordance with military specifications; however, they include a zip fly rather than the typical button fly. These pants withstand wear and tear since they are made of a sturdy ripstop fabric that is composed of 35% cotton and 65% polyester. In addition to the felled seams and double-reinforced seat and knees, the waist tabs with four bar tacks self-adjust to ensure a perfect fit every time.
