Ordered the size for 9-10 shoes and the boots could fit over size 12!  Cannot return so I would not order these again.  Obviously a manufacturing problem and not the distributor.

I'm very pleased with the Tingley Storm Rubbers, which will be gifted to a retro-thinking college student in the Midwest to keep his feet dry on campus. The rubbers are strong and easy to put on -- more men (and even teenagers) should appreciate the worthwhile convenience of this product.
