Online stores need to take these additional security steps because, unlike regular stores, we do not have any way of double checking the buyer's identity.

|Order Cancellation Policy|
ArmyNavyUSA.com strives to process your order as quickly as possible. In our effort to prevent delays, the period of time available to cancel an order is short. You may cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not entered the shipping process. We would like to offer this service FREE of charge, unfortunately, that is possible only in a limited number of cases. These are the possible scenarios: If you cancel your before it has been shipped and before the payment has been processed by your credit card company, there will be no charge whatsoever. If you cancel an order after the payment has been processed by your credit card company, you will be charged a 5% fee to cover our expenses. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees We will handle all order cancellations on a case by case basis. Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed a 5% credit card processing charge as well as all shipping expenses.

Most orders are shipped via UPS. However, we reserve the right to ship with any other company depending on the circumstances.
Orders must be placed by 11 AM EST to guarantee the selected shipping method used at checkout.
Orders received on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday, & holidays) or placed after 11 AM EST will not be processed until the first available business day.
Weekend Orders: Standard UPS does not pick up on SAT, SUN or holidays.
Orders are not delivered on Sunday. No exceptions.
UPS does not consider Saturday a business day. If you require Saturday delivery, it is a special request that requires for you to call us at (877) 276-9872
Shipping Charges on Returns and Exchanges
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
Tracking an Order
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the company who shipped the order (Ex: UPS, FedEx, USPS, & etc.).
Shipping to Military APO / FPO Addresses
We ship to APO / FPO Military addresses. However, please be aware of these factors:
