5 of 5 just what we wanted but face plate missing December 17, 2016

it was exactly what my Firefighter son wanted and needed, but the faceplate was missing. (We feel it could have been better packaged.) I contacted customer service who contacted the manufacturer and a new watch was sent. armynavyusa reps provided courteous and timely communication. If my sons coworkers ask about his new watch he knows where to send them.
