The pouch will fit most water bottles (the main water bottle pouch is 10.5 Tall 4) and securely fastens to any MOLLE attachment system. The pouch has a front zippered pouch with MOLLE loops on the front, zipper closure flip top, MOLLE loops around the entire pouch and two 6 MOLLE straps on the back. The water pouch also has D-rings on each side and a straw hole on the top and a drain hole.
